Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of your service total will be required. The booking fee goes towards your service; the rest of the payment will be due on the appointment day.
Clients may reschedule the appointment once as long as 24-hour notice is provided. If clients reschedule a second time, Rin Artistry will cancel the appointment, and a new appointment will need to be made with a new booking fee.
Cancellation, No Shows & Lateness
Cancellation for any reason will result in a forfeit of the booking fee. If you no-show (i.e., no text, no call, etc.) your appointment or cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service price as a no-show fee. If you are more than 15 mins late, you may need to reschedule and forfeit your booking fee.
There are no exceptions to the above policies, including COVID-related reasons.
While I empathize with my clients, last-minute cancelations and reschedules do not provide me enough time to fill your canceled/rescheduled appointment slot.
As a courtesy, appointment reminders will be sent out via text 2 days prior and 2 hours on the day of.

Scheduling your fills
Please schedule regular fills every 2-3 weeks with the appropriate service. The day ranges are in the service description. Anything over 28 days will automatically be considered a full set. If you have less than 40% extensions remaining AFTER removing outgrown lashes, even if you’re within the 2-3 week time frame, you will be charged a full set. You can find aftercare instructions here for optimal retention.
Guarantees & Refunds
Due to the time rendered and products used, all services and products are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your lashes, you must inform me within 48 hours of your service completion, and I will do my best to adjust them for you within five days (conditions apply)
If you experience an allergic reaction, please get in touch with your primary physician. Rin Artistry will provide a complimentary removal once it is safe.
Foreign Fill
Foreign fills are welcomed; however, Rin Artistry will not guarantee results. Therefore, it is recommended for clients to book a consultation first to access their lashes in person. In most cases, removal and a full set are recommended.
Sick Policy
Due to the nature of services, please reschedule your appointment if you experience any symptoms. Coming to your appointment sick will only put your service provider and other clients at risk. COVID-related rescheduling will not be exempted from the booking fee and cancellation policy. If you show up to your appointment sick, you will be asked to reschedule, and you will be required to pay a new booking fee.
