Hi, I'm Rin.I've been a licensed cosmetologist since 2015 and began my full-time journey as a lash artist in 2018.I'm passionate about what I do and committed to continuous learning, so I can always bring the best results to my clients. I'm a bit of a lash nerd—I spend a lot of time researching, learning, and staying up-to-date on everything lash-related. I use only high-quality adhesives and products that support optimal retention, and I will always prioritize the health and integrity of your natural lashes.I specialize in volume and wispy volume sets, and I aim for full, balanced coverage at every appointment. If you ever experience an issue, I'm committed to working with you to find a solution.I also offer lash lifts using TGA-free based solutions, minimizing the chances of overprocessing and a softer grow out.Every product I use is something I’ve personally tested and loved. My philosophy is simple: if I wouldn’t use it on myself, I won’t use it on you.

Pre-Arrival Care
Please arrive on time, if you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment you waive your right to a complimentary fix.No extra guests.Please come to your appointment free of makeup, dirt, and debris. It is recommended to refrain from using waterproof eye makeup for 48 hours prior to your appointment. Residues remaining in your hair shaft can cause retention issues.Please do not wash your hair before your appointment. Hair shampoo and conditioner may run and adhere to your lashes causing retention issues.Please remove your contact lenses before your appointment. It is okay to put them back in right after your service.If deep cleaning is required at your appointment, it may cut into your lashing time which may result in less coverage and waives your right to a complimentary fix.Please come with an extra jacket or bring your own blanket if you aren’t comfortable using ours so you may stay warm and comfortable since you will be laying down for an extended amount of time.Please silence your phone during your appointment. Ringing phones will only interrupt your’s and other clients’ treatment.No caffeine 4 hours before your appointment. This includes any caffeinated beverages and medications. Caffeine can cause your eyes to flicker/open which may be unsafe and impossible to lash. Failure to avoid caffeine may result in your appointment ending and thus forfeiting your booking fee and the remainder of your service will be due.I recommend bringing your earphones to listen to your own music/podcast/audiobook to relax for the duration of the service. The more relaxed you are the less eye movement there will be, which makes your service smoother and gives me more time to properly attach extensions.Lash Lift only - please come with no makeup around your eye area. You will also need to avoid water for 12 hours post service so please prepare accordingly.
Aftercare
AftercareDo not wet your lashes for 4-hours following your appointment.Do not rub your eyes and/or pick at your lashes.Avoid oil-based products around your eyes.Wash your lashes with a lash cleanser daily to wash away dirt and debris. This will also help with your retention.No mascara of any kind or waterproof eyeliner. Residues from these products will remain in the hair shaft regardless of cleansing and will affect retention. The complementary fix will not be offered if clients show up with mascara/eyeliner residue on their lashes.Refrain from getting your lashes directly in heat's way (ie. baking, cooking, bonfire, hot hair tools, hot steamy shower/facials, etc). Lash extensions are heat-resistant, not heatproof. In-direct heat may cause the extensions to lose their curl. Direct heat will singe your extensions and will require them to be removed and a full set put back on.Gently brush your lashes daily with a lash wand from mid to end. Avoid brushing too close to the lash line.No lash curler and no tinting for lash extensions.
Policies
Booking Policy
A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required to secure your appointment. This goes toward your service total. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.Reschedules: You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice. A second reschedule may result in cancellation. A new booking and booking fee will be required.Cancellations: Cancelling within 48 hours will forfeit your booking fee.No-shows: If you miss your appointment without notice (no text/call), you will be charged the remaining balance as a no-show fee, which must be paid before rebooking.Prebooked Appointments: If you booked in person or over the phone/text and didn’t pay a deposit, a 50% late cancellation fee applies for cancellations within 48 hours.Late Policy
Please call or text if you’re running late. Your session may be shortened to avoid affecting other clients, but you’ll still be charged for the full service. Excessive lateness may require rescheduling and a new booking fee.There are no exceptions to the above policies, including COVID-related reasons. I kindly ask for your understanding as last-minute changes impact my ability to serve others.Payment

All services and products are non-refundable due to the time and materials involved.If you're unsatisfied, please reach out within 48 hours, and I’ll do my best to make adjustments within 5 days (conditions apply).
For allergic reactions, please consult your doctor. A complimentary removal will be provided once it’s safe.Foreign Fills
Foreign fills are welcome, but results are not guaranteed. A consultation is highly recommended. In many cases, removal and a full set may be advised.Sick Policy
If you're feeling unwell, please reschedule. For the health of everyone, clients showing symptoms may be asked to leave, and a new booking fee will be required to rebook.
COVID-related rescheduling is not exempt from booking and cancellation policies.
